We hand-make our kimchi in-house using high-quality ingredients and strict hygiene standards, ensuring every batch is consistently fresh, safe, and full of flavour.

Kimchi is central to who we are, and bringing its authentic taste to our community is something we care deeply about.

With five sons and her husband to look after, and no daughter to help her, being a Korean housewife was a tough daily job for my mum.. especially cooking a hearty dinner to feed six hungry mouths every day. Making Kimchi, once a week, was the most important mission of love for my mum - because we ate Kimchi every day no matter what meal we had at home!

So every time she was making Kimchi, she would call on the help of her youngest son, who was... me! All the Kimchi you are enjoying now has been made with my mum's love and affection to fill you with tasty and healthy food!
